Yes. For complex projects, we provide a visual design for your unique project. We also provide design concepts for deck spaces.

Hardscape Questions

What is a hardscape?

A hardscape is landscaping that focuses on creating outdoor spaces using patios, retaining walls, decks, and steps.

Do you design hardscapes for sandpoint wells?

Yes. We can create a hardscape design for your sandpoint well.

What types of concrete work do you do?

We pour concrete footings for decks and other structures. We do not do finished concrete work such as concrete slabs.

Deck Building Questions

Are you licensed to build decks?

Yes. We are a licensed residential building contractor with experience building decks.

Do you handle building permits for decks?

Yes! We take care of the building permits for you, so you don't have to.

What decking materials do you use?

We use high-quality composite decking materials from TimberTech. Other quality vendors are available if desired by the client as well.

Do you provide design concepts for decks?

Yes. We listen to your vision first, ask questions, and then move forward. We then provide design concepts for your deck space.

Do you offer underdecking services?

Yes. We install DrySpace underdecking for second-story deck spaces. This waterproof system channels moisture and creates a dry, functional space below—even when it's wet outside. Perfect for walk-out basement floorplans.

Do I need to coordinate with multiple vendors for deck, landscaping, and irrigation?

No. With expertise in deck building, landscaping, and irrigation, we save you the time and headache of scheduling with three different service providers for your outdoor space needs.

Irrigation Questions

What type of irrigation systems do you install?

We install professional-grade Rain Bird® irrigation systems to keep your lawn healthy and strong.

Do you have irrigation services for a sandpoint well?

Yes, we can create an irrigation system with a sandpoint well.

Do you service existing sprinkler systems?

Yes. We service all types of sprinkler systems.

Do you offer irrigation maintenance plans?

Yes. We offer two options: the Majestic Irrigation Package, which includes Professional Spring Start-Up, Mid-Season Check-up or One Annual Service Call, and Fall Winterization; or Individual Irrigation Systems, which provides individual service pricing including Professional Spring Start-up or Fall Winterization.

How do I sign up for a maintenance plan?

Choose a plan, read the Irrigation Service Maintenance Agreement, complete the online Customer Irrigation Maintenance Plan form, and click Submit. We'll be in touch once we've received it.

Why is irrigation important?

Lawn sprinkler systems are automatic, precise, and smart. They save you time and prevent your landscape from suffering on days you're not able to water. Get your lawn ready before summer vacation so you have no worries while you're gone.

Snow Removal Questions

Do you offer snow removal services?

Yes! We have full snow removal services in the Cuyuna Lakes Area. We also prepare for the next season with bidding and estimates.

Who do you service for snow removal?

We service both residential and commercial businesses in the Cuyuna Lakes area (Crosby, Ironton, and Deerwood, Minnesota), and we service commercial businesses in the Brainerd/Baxter area.

What equipment do you use for snow removal?

We do use: plows, buckets, brooms, shovels, and snow pushers. We don't use snow blowers.

Do you do roof snow removal?

No, we don't do roof snow removal.

When should I request snow removal bidding?

We recommend bidding and estimates before the next season to prepare.

What is your approach to landscaping design?

We listen first, create second. You tell us your landscape problems, vision, and needs. We ask questions, and then we listen to learn how we can best serve you.

Do you cater to low-maintenance landscaping?

Yes. A professional landscape should reflect the customer and their needs. If you enjoy maintaining your landscape, we cater to that. If you want maintenance-free landscaping, we cater to that too. We truly cater our professional landscaping services to what our customers want.

Will building a deck affect my irrigation system?

It might. There may be sprinkler heads or underground lines that need to be moved to make room for the deck. We work with this scenario and make sure the irrigation system is in working order.
