Our History

In 2006, Majestic Creations was created by the father-son duo, Bill and Derek Haukos. Bill had past landscape experience and a passion for hard work and the outdoors. Derek was studying Landscape Architecture in college, seeking a career that mixed design with being in the outdoors. He worked summers for another landscape company until opportunities began to arise.

"After a couple of sizable ‘side-jobs’ proved successful, I found that I had both the skillset and ability to both design and bid out projects. It was then I had the desire to branch out on my own. I enjoy the interaction with the client, and the process from problem solving to a finished solution."

Derek designs under his bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture/Environmental Design. The business is still family-owned and operated.
